  Had a meeting with Tony and one of his colleagues on Monday evening to sort over final details and for them to drop off their equipment ready to start work on the Wednesday. Tuesday lunch time I received a call from my architect to say Tony had pulled out as he felt that he couldn't give the job his complete attention. This had been booked weeks prior and was a complete waste of my time although there was an element of relief as my gut instinct over that time was telling me to cancel!!
  During our meeting, it appeared that he had not even looked over the plans properly as he wasn't aware that I was having a downstairs loo installed as part of the job.
  Overall wouldn't waste your time just in case!
